Reviews of Nissan Brandon Service Center
"I had my Nissan serviced this past weekend after sustaining some damage to my oil pan and I couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided. Hamzah was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable throughout the entire time my vehicle was in for its service. I will be coming back to Brandon Nissan for all of my vehicle’s services and I will be asking for Hamzah every time."
"Keith helped me out with getting my transmission replaced, quick and friendly service. Very very pleased with the help I’ve received at this location. Thanks so much!!! James is also a wonderful addition as he was so helpful and pleasant in helping us commute back and forth. What a wonderful team, so grateful for such great customer service!"
"I had a tire emergency and they were able to get me a really good deal with quick in and out service! Thank you to both Brians, Elliot, Dave and David for their excellent service! Will be coming back."
"Waited a few weeks before posting. Gave them multiple opportunities to do standard work on my 2014 Nissan; failed twice. Both situations resulted in significant overlooked processes and ultimately unsafe return of my vehicle after the lack of quality service. First was approx 2 yrs ago, when I had an oil change and tire rotation done. Lugnuts on front left tire were only hand-tightened, resulting in worsening oscillations at highway speeds a few days later. I got it diagnosed and repaired at a local mechanic. Second occasion was last month, when I had an airbag light along with additional repairs of my aging car (130k miles). Work was indicated complete, and technician indicated that the warning light was reset. When I started the car, the Air Bag light was illuminated still. He said that this must mean that the airbag system has failed; recommendation was to initiate the $1500 repair of the airbag system. Knowing their lack of oversight from before, I asked them to clear it again. Additionally, I noted the front left tire was low on air (26psi) and this was after having the oil change performed. Assuming that the full safety inspection of the car that they advertise was done, I correspondingly asked for them to fill the tire. They returned the car the second time for the day with the airbag light off, but no air put in the front left tire. Considering that I got the tire back slightly flattened yet again, I insisted to inform the service manager and supervisor that they had absolutely no business ever touching my car again based on these two experiences. To their credit, they refunded the oil change fee and diagnostic fee resulting in no charge for my experiences this time. The airbag light has not come back on since that day. Had I listened and not required them to clear it a 2nd time, I would have made a repair for something that I don't believe at this point needed repair at a cost of $1500. I will not give them a third chance to ever work on my car again. They are busy, and that could be why there was significant oversights on these above safety issues --- but that's not an excuse IMO to potentially hit customers with unnecessary repairs nor return the cars in conditions less than safe as has happened two of the last two visits for me."
"I'm back again. I made an appointment, was told my car was going to main shop and it instead went over to the parking lot. Your appointment here means nothing and they compare themselves to a doctors office appointment which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard."
