"Made an appointment on December 3rd for a rear vehicle window replacement for December 5th. Was told on the phone while making the appointment that all glass would be vacuumed up as part of the service. Driver called at 10 am and said that he would arrive to my work in 1 hour. He then called again close to 11am and said that he has the wrong window and needs to go back to the shop on Main street in Dunedin to get the correct window. Driver/installer finally arrives at about 12:50 p.m. and when I bring him the keys I mention the vacuuming and he says that he will not be doing that. I mention how I was told that they would be doing that when the appointment was made, he then tells me that he doesn't have time because he has another appointment. I, in turn, mention how I had to wait almost 2 hours longer than the appointment time and that the next person can wait 5 extra minutes for him to clean up the glass debris in the back of the mini van and any he lets get on the ground of the elementary school parking lot. He did not want to do this and handed the keys back and left without doing the job. I have a giant hole in the back of my mini van and have 3 children, not to mention, I have been waiting for 2 days for this to be done. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would strongly recommend going with a different company as most will come to you to fix and will most likely care about providing proper customer service."
