"This company deserves absolutely zero stars! Google should update this app to allow for an even more HONEST review. First, they DO NOT REPORT your ON TIME PAYMENTS to the credit bureaus! I have a ledger with 2 years of on time payments that were reported. JOANNE, the finance manager is very unprofessional and unpleasant! I would NEVER RECOMMEND Anyone to buy a car at this location on Florida Ave in Tampa , FL . Joanne Hung up in my face as I was speaking to her about receiving the payoff check from the new dealership that bought the Heights Finance car from me. After receiving the payoff check, and my 2 years of on time payments, today my credit score dropped 52 points because Joanne reported my account 30 days late. These are facts. They are not an HONEST dealership to buy from. I would not recommend this place to any of my family or friends no matter the situation you may be in. The fraudulent practice is outright ludicrous! I am an honest Google reviewer and also and 100% honest person and tell it just the way it is with no sugar coating. I would continue driving past this place in to any other but here pay here in Tampa. It’s a rip off. From the 24% interest rate to the fact that they reported my account 30 days late once they received an early payoff check from Lexus Dealership. They said they would not to report my account late when I discussed possibly trading the car in for another car purchase at ABC auto , but once they received the check Lexus dealership to pay off the car ( because I bought a brand new Lexus with cash) , they then decided to report my account late. They sent me my ledger with 2 years on time payments. Do not deal with Joanne or Elizabeth who communicated false information to me. STAY AWAY FROM ABc Auto if you don’t want the hassle from these people. You are better off going elsewhere! I will tell everyone about my experience on all social media accounts , and my friends and family !"

"I had the pleasure of working with Melinda and she was delightful. She was friendly, personable, honest, and straight to the point. She answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process. I walked out with a car in near perfect condition no hassle and everything was taken care of. No pressure to buy and I was able to test every car I wanted to test drive. Within a couple of weeks I received a call that a part had a arrived and it took no time at all to have the part installed with the service center no hassle either. So far everything has been great with the car. No complaints from me. Definitely recommend working with Melinda. She has a lot of experience and because of all the traits I mentioned previously she will make you feel at ease and confident with your purchase."

He is the G.O.A.T. The accounting and finance team are awesome at making your car purchasing experience seamless.Our last purchase was a 2012 Chevy Equinox and it still runs and looks like a dream. We will definitely go back to ABC Auto when we’re in the market for another vehicle. We recommend."
