"Finally, I have found a good repair (and maintenance) shop. They're competent, know watercooled Volkswagens and are truly nice folks. They are the sort of shop that says, BTW you have a small oil leak we need to look at on your next visit and one of your front rotors is getting thin and should be replaced soon. The oil leak turned out to be the result of over tightening of the filter and drain plug by some previous service at another shop. (It is a high mileage 17 year old used car I am restoring that was in to mount new tires and wheels) I can assure you my next visit for both of my cars will be to RI Automotive. One final note: First time in a long time I have felt the price of car repairs was reasonable."

"1st time visiting and everyone was very courteous and honest. I came to get my tires fixed due to a nail in my tire. I quickly found out that I did not need a tire fixed. The staff could have easily said to pay for something but, instead they said tire was not damaged. Thank you for that. Money is tight for most people and really appreciate we have honest businesses like RI Automotive. I would highly recommended them."
