"Excellent service and great communication. I took my car in for synthetic oil change service, and they did a fantastic job. After checking my car, they came out and gave me info on the various fluid levels and brakes and tread wear, then rotated my tires and changed the oil. The operation was very efficient and I was impressed overall. Several people came in with sometimes complex car repair issues, and the people at the desk listened carefully to the problem and took notes, and then in one case a technician came out and went for a test drive with the customer to troubleshoot the problem. I was surprised at how many different car repair and service issues they were able to handle. I will take both of my cars here each time in the future when I need service."

"I booked in for an oil change. They checked the tires for rotation and the vehicle inspection identified a small leak on a suspension strut. They provided a competitive quote and advised not an emergency to fix right away so no pressure. I booked my vehicle in in Feb to suit my schedule . They also went the extra mile to investigate a fan noise. Excellent and prompt service"

"I needed 4 new tires and brakes, but was trying to push it off to the new year. A flat tire forced me to get it done now and with Christmas less than a week away, I knew it was gonna be difficult to get the service I needed. With the parts already in possession, most places I called said they didn't work with customer provided parts, quoted me outlandish installation prices, or said they couldn't do it until the new year, so I was left with very few options. To make matters worse, my other car suffered a flat tire so I really needed this service done. I called Grease Monkey and explained my situation. The guy on the phone was very understanding. The quotes to have the tires and brakes installed were more than fair, and he got me an appointment first thing in the morning 2 days later. He told me it would take about 4 hours. I took that with a grain of salt since most shops just estimate work times and usually go a lot longer. But 4 hours later, they called me to let me know my car was ready. Grease Monkey has exceeded my tempered expectations and I couldn't be happier. Less than a week to Christmas and they got my brakes and tires installed. I will be bringing my car here for future maintenance and recommending them to friends and family in the area. Thank you so much!"

"Having my car serviced here was the most positive car experience I have ever had! The ladies behind the counter, although very busy, we kind and courteous and even baked fresh sugar cookies. I needed a tire repaired and Kurt was kind enough to show me that the tires on my car, installed less than a year ago at a different national chain, were actually 6 years old!
