"Very satisfied with the service and quality of my repair. My truck is a 2016 RAM 2500 and overheated, breaking down nearby. I brought it to Richard’s Quality Automotive out of convenience and was hoping to get it repaired at a fair price. I couldn’t be more pleased. I called the dealership I purchased the truck from and the price was 3 times the price I was quoted at Richard’s. Not only did they repair it, they were able to do some other troubleshooting of another issue and took care of it as well. They explained the repair and showed me the old damaged parts. Tom even stayed open late so I could pick up my truck after my wife got off work. Grateful for their honesty, quality work and a fair price. I will be bringing them all my family’s vehicles from here on out."

"One of the most honest, friendly and welcoming people. My turn signal lights were not working. I checked the fuse and found it good so went to them. They fixed it and explained me how my car has 2 fuses in series for turn light. 2nd one combines with hazard lights. Very rarely I see mechanics explain these things. Further, they didn't charge for the service and even refused to take tip. I would highly recommend them for their honesty, friendly and great service."
