"I cannot express the gratitude I have for Jeff at Conley Automotive. From the very beginning of my journey to find someone to help me with my c6 transmission he was honest and upfront. As a female, going to an automotive shop is hit or miss; some people try and up-sell you while others just push you aside thinking you have no idea what you're talking about. Jeff did neither. When I called to ask about some pricing, he asked me to check a few things on my transmission before bring it in. He said, " I don't want to waste your money with something as easy as this." When I checked those things and still couldn't fix the problem he walked me through getting a tow truck and how he was going to approach the diagnosis of my transmission. When the tow truck got to Conley Automotive, I followed it there with some spare pieces of the crossmember and exhaust; Jeff was there to help chat with the tow truck man and look over the truck. He is honest, professional, and kind. I told him the truck was a third car so there was no rush. He updated me every few days on what he'd found upon the initial diagnosis and what needs to be done. When a part of the shift lever was missing, he went above and beyond and found that part for me. I have a 6 month old so searching for parts that I wasn't 100% versed on was stressful for me. Jeff called around to some of his contacts and found the exact piece. When my husband and I went to pick up the truck, Jeff gave us a full rundown of what he thinks was wrong with the transmission, how he fixed it, and also some interesting history of the truck.
