Affordable Insurance Agency

"BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY!!!!!! I met with Carolyn Chambers months before I became eligible for Medicare. I showed her my current coverage from my job with my current prescriptions and what I was paying monthly. I asked to review my current insurance and compare with what I would pay through Medicare. She assured me Medicare was a far better plan. Was she wrong!! I am now paying thousands more for prescriptions than I did under my private insurer. I am at a point where I may not be able to afford my prescriptions, which I need to stay healthy! Obviously, she was only concerned with her commission. If she has done this to me, how many more elderly people has she done this too? I have since changed agents. Before I file a complaint with the state, I am always open to hearing from the company to resolve the situation. So far, they have chosen not to do this. P. S. If you read the reviews, Carolyn reviews her own agency, What does that tell you?"
