"So I was getting a cappuccino and when I let go of the button the hot water came back at me and burned my hand and my hand was bright red. The person that was behind where the cappuccino machine is was like ok I will let someone know. So I went to the front and told the young lady at the register and she was worried and asked if I was ok and I told her about the Lady in the back and that they might want to get that fixed before someone else gets burned. She was like I definitely will but the lady in the back needs to find somewhere else to work where she doesn't have to deal with people."

"The sandwiches use to be good here but kind’ve a hit or miss now! Not sure what it is exactly but the sandwiches just seem to lack consistency! Most of the prep workers aren’t really enthused about their jobs enough to prepare our sandwiches well and by the book! Yes most customers make special request which is why we’re here because like Burger King we get our sandwiches our way! The sandwich prep people don’t care about the food they prepare or serve! However the cashiers are typically personable and nice but that sandwich crew” not so much! I been coming here since day one and have yet to have one of those sandwich prep people say hello or thank you! That’s wrong”"

"Jake is literally the best, Kyle makes the best sandwiches and food. If the espresso machine breaks again I might riot though."

"Do not get espresso from them. They have regular coffee beans in their espresso grinder. Tried to politely let them know as I ordered 2 double espresso shots and they both came out with the consistency of coffee with no froth or "crema" layer on top. Took several sips of it straight and it tasted exactly like normal coffee. They proceeded to not fix the problem and instead just gave me my money back. And the guy tried to tell me he's been there 6 years and that's how it is. I was like I've been coming here for 2 years specifically for espresso and this is the first time this has happened. But based on their responses it won't be the last. Just be wary if you get espresso from this wawa in the near future. At least until they get around to refilling their grinder with real espresso beans and not coffee beans"
