Richard is an expert on everything BMW (he worked with BMW for over 20 years) and performed a thorough pre-purchase inspection for my i8. It was a delight working with him because he answered all of my questions in regards to keeping my car in tiptop condition and minimizing expenses in the future. "Honest mechanic and owner. Super friendly and personable employees. The front desk representative was so kind that she even gave me a hug before I left. They saved me 900 dollars!. Tires plus said I needed to replace my control arms, but all I needed was to rotate my tires. They put it up on the lift and test drove it before and after. Only charge me for their time. I will return and tell everyone I know."

"These are great people with whom to do business. I've had two vehicles serviced by them (Mercedes & Audi) during the last 30 days. They completed both jobs within the time indicated with no surprises. I am pleased with both service jobs. On a side note, I thought I needed brake work on one of the cars. The service tech checked them out and as opposed to doing the brake job just to make a buck, they came back to me and told me there is still a lot of life on the pads & rotors and we should circle back on that job in a few months or so. The fact they didn't do the job just to generate revenue says a lot about their focus on service that is truly valuable to the customer.
