"I was skeptical going to PepBoys as I know nothing about cars and figured, a small place down the street is totally going to take advantage of that. But nope. I knew I needed new tires (leak in tire that was not fixable) and they checked my tires for free. I went home to find a better deal but decided to go back. Gonzalo (I believe the store manager) was kind, to the point, very precise and just overall excellent customer service. I spoke to him about my needs, he gave me a quote (much lower than other places), a time to come back, etc. When I came back the next day, they took me in right at my time and had me out of there in less than an hour. The mechanics were also friendly and personable. Made the experience easy and great - and also affordable. Thank you!"
"Kee’Shawn was absolutely so helpful with my car. My car was not getting a lot of juice and made a weird noise when attempting to turn it on. Kee’Shawn and team performed a diagnostic test and narrowed down the issue to the battery. Came in for a battery replacement and was out in no time. Thank you Pep Boys team! The customer service was amazing too!"
"I have been here couples for an oil change. It was good for the last 2 times . This time make an appointment at 10. When I got there , management told me wait a few minutes. I was sitting there for 39 minutes while they are chatting. I went outside to look if the garage is full with car or not . Turn out It was empty. They are not busy and didn’t even ask me if I already been help. I just drive to somewhere else . I never going to recommend anyone to go there . I guess they don’t want my business."
"I spoke with the manager Todd and I told him about the items that I needed to be fixed. He was very attentive to my needs and addressed all my concerns. He was able to fit me into his schedule and everything was fixed as promised. Todd and his mechanics did a wonderful job. I will be back for any future issues."
