Danny checked the battery and told me I needed a new battery. The battery was put in and I was on my way. The staff were courteous, professional and friendly. "Even though they are strict on their prices and only use top of the line parts (even for a 23 year old suv). They are still hands down, reliable, communicative, honest and kind. I will pay a little extra to have that piece of mind, knowing I can trust them. Josh has amazing customer service, very knowledgeable, kind and did not try to give us unrealistic times of when they could finish the job. He is the main reason we decided to use Ocoee Tire and Auto. Art (He is the owner )sticks to his guns, but has a heart under that tough exterior. Prior to coming here, we were scammed by a mobile mechanic and had very little extra $$ to fix the same problem, but we were able to get $$ help and they were able to fixed the issues. Being that it was around Thanksgiving Holiday they had some issues getting our part, but Josh called us every step of the way and was able to get our car back within a week. and again that is with Thanksgiving thrown in the mix. Save yourself some time looking around and just bring your vehicle issues to Ocoee Tire and Auto, it will save you money and headaches and in the end you will be satisfied."
