Finally someone came to the window. Then we have to wait for them to go pull the items. We were told when we purchased they would be ready when we arrived. Someone just got back to us and they are pulling it now, that's what you told us 15 mins ago. Not like they are busy. We are the only ones waiting. Poor customer service."
