"Repeat Customer with 2009 HONDA CIVIC I saw John Erb at Coffee shop this morning and remembered that I forgot to write A GOOGLE REVIEW I'm Satisfied: Thanks John Erb My Story: I NEEDED MY New HEADLIGHTS for 2009 Honda civic INSTALLATION A.S.A.P. So I can SEE at NIGHT! So I went to JOHN ERB and explained my car came from AZ and my old headlights were damaged by the AZ Sunlight. I purchased brand new headlights and needed them INSTALLED so I drove to John Erbs shop And asked him to install them SO I can see at NIGHT. Of course, he said YES. And they did an awesome job, it didn’t take too long, price was good to. Thank You JOHN ERB! I appreciate the HONESTY and TRUTHFULNESS my NEW LIGHTS are so BRITE NOW. I been going to JOHN ERBs for years ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 12/2021 2 Years ago My Story: I had a 2011 Hyundai Hatchback Black 5sp Manual just passed my 100,000 warranty. I had a INTERMITTENT no START with NO clicking sounds from my STARTER. Went to ADVANCED AUTO PARTS next to JOHN ERB`s got NEW OE STARTER then went back to JOHN ERB'S for install. JOHN ERB performed a DIAGNOSTIC on my car from his desk and said it's probably the CLUTCH POSITION SENSOR and/or STARTER RELAY that ADVANCED AUTO mis-diagnosed. AND said I'll be able to RETURN STARTER to ADVANCED AUTO and gave me a WARRENTY with TOWING IF I BREAK DOWN AGAIN. So JOHN ERBS staff had me DONE in 1 hr with NO APPOINTMENT. I RETURNED that NEW OE STARTER, purchased STARTER RELAYS and put them in myself. VERY IMPRESSED with the HONESTY and They get 5 STARS. SO FAR SO GOOD. I'll Be BACK for my NEXT repairs if I need anything."

"I don’t usually write reviews, but have to say the amazing service we got from Henry here! I had dropped my engagement ring in between the chair and center console and it was wedged where I couldn’t reach. In a panic, I called the closest auto repair shop. As soon as we got there, Henry helped us out, took the chair off, and was able to reach my ring!! He wouldn’t accept any payment or tip, but helped us out of the good of his heart. I highly recommend this place for any job. Thank you so much Henry!!!"

"Good people, family owned business. They go to my grandmother's church and our whole family takes our cars there anytime something needs fixing. They won't milk you for every dollar they can get or take advantage of your lack of knowledge if you are not a car person. I've been going to them for 14 years since I first got my car and started driving and I would highly recommend them to anybody for car repairs"

"Honest, Integrity-based, no-nonsense excellent service! Highly recommend John Erb's auto shop. We took our RV to John Erb's place as he was recommended by RV Medic. From the beginning the treatment was professional, courteous and straightforward by Warren and Darren. Warren checked the age and condition of our tires to make sure they were good. He did not try to sell us tires that weren't needed. When we returned to pick up our vehicle we were treated very patiently and professionally by Jonathan, the owner's son. Jonathan explained thoroughly the situation with our house battery and generator. Before we left, John (senior) the owner offered to test the fluid in our brake system. He explained it was important to check the brake fluid as sometimes when replacing brakes they don't flush out the brake fluid. He did this free of charge and demonstrated that our brake fluid had been replaced correctly. Their service was excellent, they are trustworthy. We feel confident of them handling our RV and auto repairs going forward."
