"I called spoke to John he said he would get my vehicle in and diagnose the problem. I called them they told me sorry I can’t fulfill the appointment because now other vehicles have shown up . How does that work you make an appointment then say sorry you’re getting bumped because I have all these Other vehicles now in the way . Seems like it a florida thing with less then stellar customer service"
