"Went to see my agent yesterday about a new homeowners policy. She Monica is very knowledgeable. Very nice. Easy to deal with no problem at all with her, but she sits next to a cubicle with a man named Drew he was so loud. I couldn’t hear a word she was saying to me about my policy. I won’t be going back into the office. I will do all my dealings with her over the phone and if I have to go in, I’ll probably just go to another agency it sound like he speaks on a megaphone He was so loud in an office with multiple people trying to communicate with their customers. Ridiculous."

"Wouldn't cancel my policy after I called and told them my truck broke down and couldn't make it after being with them for over 30 years so I called the insurance company to cancel the automatic withdrawal. They did turn license plate in the next day and went down to agent and signed paper and they still said that they were gonna charge me $142. No, this isn't right everything else they give a little grace. I called three times yesterday and got a different story each time customer satisfaction after 30 years that's the thanks you get. My advice is to find a company with manners"

"They offer an online quote. After filling out all the details you get an email message say to call them for your quote. Maybe I misunderstood what an online quote was."
