"Poor service , Melissa needs to be fired . She’s unprofessional, untidy and a sorry excuse of a manager . She has a really smart mouth and should not be working anywhere . Hellen was nice and tried to excuse her managers lack of intelligence, however ill will personally make sure Melissa is fired . I waited 15 min for curbside , finally got tired and I went in , I told her to get her stuff together , she replied that I should work there , I would be a better manager then she could ever be , and I wouldn’t let my gm down with unprofessional encounters ! FIRE MELLISSA and I promise your store reviews will start to flourish"

"We're taking on lines orders and not the others. When asked "I was busy" came the reply. Didn't hear part my order after waiting as all the cars passed by me in the other lane. Then got to wait while the FIXED my order. Had to pay full price for rach item, even though I specifically asked them to make it a combo meal. The gal that brought it to the 3rd window there, threw window open, did say anything and stuffer the bag in my hands. The stood and glared at me as I checked the order. Still not saying a word. The NPR McDonald's are some of the rudest in the chain. This was another perfect example as to why you should avoid these restaurants."

"Had to wait in an empty dining room for almost 20 minutes for a simple cup of coffee. Then, 10 minutes after I sat down, they had the police there to remove a paying customer who was causing no trouble what so ever. And on top of it all, my vanilla cappuccino tasted like dirt with way too much foam. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The 2 stars was just because they were open."

"Okay so I stopped at Dish McDonald's? I just drove in from Orlando and I wanted to get a fish sandwich meal. The fries were nice and hot, nice and fresh coffee was nice and hot. Nice and fresh and the person who served me. The first time was very nice and friendly and they brought my food out and I was wonderful and good in the world. But then when I looked inside my fish sandwich, I saw 1/3 of a piece of cheese dropping off one side of the sandwich so I went up there and asked if I could have another piece of cheese and I was informed by Jenny the manager. I'm guessing shift lead, that's the way it came and they could not do anything about it. And I would have to pay $0.50 for another piece of cheese. I felt that was unkind heartbreaking. Why should I have to pay $0.50 to correct your mistake? If I had asked for another piece of cheese for extra cheese when I ordered the sandwich that would be fine. I'm not paying to fix your mistake. Maybe somebody should check the sandwich and make sure a whole piece of cheese or half. A piece of cheese or the proper amount of cheese properly centered was on my sandwich in the first place So I asked for my money back for my sandwich and took my poor hungry little belly home. I'm very very sad."

"I toke down a star for every mistake they did. 1) they forgot chicken nuggets and my daughters milk. Had to go back inside to grab it. 2) when we arrived home my cheeseburgers had no lettuce which we paid extra for, and 3) my breads for 2 of the burgers were burnt. Not sure what is going on here but people like McDonald’s for convenience, and it is so inconvenient to have to go through all these mistakes in one order. I just call that slacking. And should I say the kid who brought my order to curbside look very angry, didn’t even say hello. I said thank you and he’s just serious face. Anyways. Don’t think I would be going here again. Rather drive a little further and get better service."
