I received 3 messages before appointment confirming my appointment but nothing about them being 5 days behind on work. They ended up having my vehicle ready in 3 hours so I’m not sure why he told me it would be 5 days. Not the right approach for someone coming to a scheduled service appointment. "My advisor and other personnel were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The prices were what you’d expect at a dealership and communication was fair. My issue is the system for appointments system and work flow. The appointments seem meaningless since it does not mean known needed parts will be on hand and they do not know when your vehicle will be in the shop."

"I do like the service here. I bought my truck here and am very satisfied. The only reason I do not give a 5 star is that I believe the cost of the visor part installed was way too much. It was just a piece of plastic, but I was told the price was over $100. So i paid the $100 copay required by my extended warranty."
