"2014 Kia optima EX that has been serviced and well taken care of. With just over 100 thousand miles on it. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely the worst workmanship I have ever experienced. Never returned phone calls or messages and there were many. Emails also went answered. This engine blew up while on vacation. I was on my way home in the middle of nowhere and the damn thing lost power . I was told it went into safety mode. Recall issues had to replace engine with a new one. Than I am told a rebuild. This was a class action so they had to fix it otherwise it would still be sitting on the side of the road. Had to have it towed to them on a Sunday as we live in northeast Georgia. Once I paid to have it brought back to me in Georgia. The check engine light came on. Had to take it back to a dealer up here. Poor workmen ship is what I was told. If I could post pictures and videos I would. The hoses leaked antifreeze and weren’t out back on correctly. Wiper fluid lines all messed up and missing parts. Had to pay for a leaking fuel line. They found a half eaten chicken sandwich inside the engine compartment. This dealership in Georgia said due to poor workmanship they would not warranty the work. I would have to take it back to the Florida dealer for that. This dealership even reached out to Kia Ft Walton. And as usual they would not return the calls. This was a total nightmare and today I am out of pocket over 1100 dollars. I didn’t rent a car because the class action say 40 a day. You can’t find a rental for 40 a day anywhere. They had my car a month. Kia corporate has done nothing but give me the runaround. They clam I should get back the towing and return of my Kia,but won’t honor the poor workmanship bill of 250 I had to pay in Georgia. This happened September 10th and I have yet to get my reimbursement. Nor has anyone reached out to us. Brad I am still waiting on you to reach out to me.You shouldn’t do people dirty like this. Unethical practices from both the dealer and corporate. I wish I could get ahold of this judge and tell him how I was treated . Never again will I do any type of business with Kia period. I want my renmusbent I have been promised ! I’d be glad to call you . Who do I need to speak to? And what number where someone Will actually answer the phone and talk to me ????"
"My first visit to Kia Fort Walton Beach was great. I had an appointment at 1:30 pm. I arrived early so I pulled into the line. At 1:30, I checked in and a service representative set me up for a ride to Red Lobster across the street. It was a nice place to wait. By the time I finished lunch, Kia called to say my car was ready. The nice guy, David, came into the restaurant, waited for me to pay, then took me back to Kia. He even took me to the cashier. Great experience."
