"Great service, dropped off my F-250 with a, then unknown, broken starter. They had some hiccups just with getting a lift available to work on the truck, and I probably annoyed them by calling almost daily to check on it (I had a road-trip coming up and was worried about having the truck in time), but they were always polite and professional. I generally don't trust shops, just too many bad experiences, but these are good people, I'll def be back for regular maintenance and anything else. Only down-side is they're always busy haha"
"I called late in the day one afternoon regarding some issues I had been having with my car. Dale was so kind and advised that I bring my car in that day and they would take a look as soon as they could (either that afternoon or early the following morning). Jackie promptly called the next day to inform me of the problem and what it would cost and had the repairs done by the end of the day. My car had been sitting for a couple weeks and had already been evaluated by a different mechanic and couldn’t figure out the problem. The team at Neese automotive was on top of it and had my car back to me in no time! Thank you all for what you do!"
"Did right thing the first time. No problems and the best part is they don’t have an agitated smoothbrain working in the office. They have a nice lady named Jackie. Thanks Jackie."
"We had a car towed to Neese's that a family member had begun working on. Unfortunately, he passed away before he finished the work. Not only was the work completed in a timely manner, we were kept informed on the work and the cost. I'll bring my car to them, even though I'm an hour away. Thank you for getting the car back on the road!"
"I wasn't impressed if I'm honest. I totally understand and respect diagnostic fee, but they incorrectly diagnosed my problem. I took my car in, it was leaking power steering fluid from the boot to the tie rod end. I assumed the steering rack was leaking and took it in. They told me it was the power steering pump instead. I asked them if they were sure because it was leaking from the boot and they said it was probably leaking down and dripping off of the outside of the boot. That's fair, I didn't inspect it closely. With a price tag of $900-something, though I told him that I could do the pump at home myself. Obviously they aren't hurting for business since it takes over a week to get into any shop here. I got it home and took a closer look and as soon as I poured power steering fluid in it without starting the car, it started dripping. Had my wife get in and turn the wheel with the car still off and I could hear the fluid gurgling inside of the rack. I ended up replacing the rack myself too, one because I couldn't wait another 2 weeks for my car to be fixed and two because I didn't trust them to replace parts correctly if they can't diagnose. Probably would have totalled $2500-$3000 if they had done the pump and then found that wasn't the actual problem. Rack cost me $300 and had to buy some tools and spend a Saturday. Diagnostic fee down the drain."
