"The worst service I have ever received hands down. DONT GO HERE. Not even 1 star. Please read Was told initially, the labor would take 15 minutes. Then was informed the part had to be ordered and shipped and “would take 3-5 days” to arrive. Then they said they were on back order. Said in total around $500 3 WEEKS LATER… The part arrived, and then they informed us they did a bad inspection on the job so they needed another part and would be ready the next day for sure. Then told us it would be $1100… The next day they told us they broke a part trying to install the new part and it would be yet another additional day. The next day, I was notified it was done. Went to pick it up to find out that the steering column had been reinstalled wrong and now my steering wheel must be turned to drive straight. I called corporate, they said they were “investigating” they did nothing to resolve this and made me pay the full amount after being told I would get a discount FOR BEING ACTIVE DUTY…not because the work was horrible. Spoler alert: I never got the discount. I did get a car wash out of it………..thanks Step one and Volkswagen… I was done a disservice going here."

"I had an issue with my gti not wanted to pump gas into to and I took it to Zach without an appt he got me in and out within 2 weeks and it was in the middle of a hurricane zack always updated me and was quick to reply and throughout the process he sent me pictures to show the progress of it. The shuttle driver is also an amazing person both times he’s driven me we’ve had some good talks over all I had an amazing experience.
