"20 days wasted. Zero Communication. Never even looked at my car. I called one week wanting an update. He lied saying he ordered the part. Called and was told to drop my car off Thursday later in the week one morning. Mentioned he could get it next week. Sure No problem....Car sat for 20 days. No call. No update. Car was never looked at. Called each week. I had to call for updates. Each time he said he'll get to it next. Called 1 week and he said he ordered the part. Next week comes and goes.After calling 3 days with no answer I ended up driving there myself to get up update on the car. He tells me it hasn't even gone on the rack and will try to get to look at it the end of this week. I called to get it towed to another place. I read great reviews and people recommend him fast and fair and he was a nice guy. I understand people get busy and backed up but 20 days without a call or update is ridiculous. I'd recommend Twin Cities Transmissions or AA Auto Clinic. Zero Communication.. If you can't look at my car don't tell me a date to drop it off. Waste of money on the tow for this location."

"Last year I would have sung praises. He always treated my husband right. Now he has screwed us over. He has had our vehicle for one year. Moved it once. We are out a vehicle. Have to pay insurance and registration for what? It has been parked and we never get calls. Totally over this!!!!! Either pay to tow it someplace that will do the work or fix it already?"

"I previously rated Scotty's as 4 stars. This time I rated Scotty's 5 stars and if I could have rated him 6 stars I would have elected that choice. My 2014 Nissan Maxima with only 9,000 miles was previously serviced at Lee's Nissan in Fort Walton. After Nissan balanced my tires the steering wheel vibrated and wobbled in my hands any speed above 40mph. I even took my car back for Nissan to correct the issue, but it was not any better. That's when I looked for repair shops that have a road force balancing machine and found Scotty's. He has a brand new road force balancing machine. After I made my appointment I came in and met Scotty. He was professional and very knowledgeable concerning automotive repair. He had me explain the issue I had with my car and listened to me attentively. Within 30 minutes he finished balancing the tires and changed the oil and oil filter as well. Scotty explained to me that one of the front tires had a slight inherent problem and that he may not be able to get that tire perfectly balanced, but he did. Scotty asked me to test ride my car before I paid my bill and when I drove out of his lot it was like driving a new car again. All the vibration and wobble was gone! I had my beautiful driving car back again. I am very critical of how my car runs and feels and to have my car drive and ride like the day I first bought it was very important to me. I'm sure there are many other people that like me, expect their car's to run smooth. This is the place to bring your car or truck if the other repair shop's can't get your car running properly or smoothly. After a month of aggravation with my car it's finally fixed right! I am grateful that I found Scotty's Auto Repair and will be a customer for life! Thank you so much Scotty for repairing my car correctly and making it an enjoyable drive again. Jeff D."
