"They put this new coffee bar in and I went for days, thinking I'd found a new iced coffee place. But this weekend nobody made any coffee. The entire, fabulous, full set up sat empty. Why they spent all that money on such amazing equipment to not use it is beyond me. Guess I'm going back to McDonald's for my daily iced coffee fix."

"We go to this store daily and both my husband and I agree that the service is absolutely horrible now. The manager non stop complains everytime we go in. The coffee is always out, the soda dispenser is always filthy and the soda taste bad. The new guy, Bruce is very rude and should not be working with customers. The other clerks are always making comments about how broke they are and wish someone would give them money. I managed stores like these for years and there is no way I would allow my employees to act the way they do. They all including the manager make sure every person that goes in there knows they hate their job."
