"I got my AC unit serviced by Milton Lunsford AC and heating today. I was hoping to squeeze another cooling season out of my 23 year old system. My service technician was Cameron. Cameron worked super hard on my unit and kept me informed on every detail in the process. He was very up front and professional with good and bad news. His maturity and professionalism made it easy for me to trust him. In the end my hopes for squeezing another season didn’t work out. Cameron was able to keep the heat on but the A/C was shot. Without being pushy Cameron gave me several options and based on his recommendations, I knew it was time for me to have the unit replaced. I knew there were many places to research prices and didn’t look forward to the task ahead. Based on Cameron’s promptness, professionalism, maturity, knowledge and friendliness it was an easy choice to go with Lunsford AC and heating for a replacement heat pump. Before departing Cameron coordinated a visit from Barry Baker to quickly visit me and prepare an estimate for me. I’m very satisfied and looking forward to my new heat pump"

"This was the company that was contracted with our builder dr horton. They installed our ac unit and did a very poor job. The outside units has brackets that bolt down to the concrete pad and I told them I needed to make sure it was secure. They have come out to my home twice and have yet to complete the job. The house itself is very warm. We have to use two fans plus a ceiling fan in our master to keep cool. They have come out for that issue and can’t seem to find anything wrong with my unit, or at least they say."
