"I hired them to fix our outside electrical. Costing over 10k! Since it directly affects our safety I agreed to the amount and was reassured everything was fixed and up to code. Well two days later my outside electrical doesn't work! And after further inspecting they left old wires just hanging out of my home - hidden behind bricks! They send someone to fox who turns around and says it'll be another $1000! The outside electrical to our garage is an old wire. They didn't know this prior? I spoke to a manager who now will be sending a third person out. We'll see how this one goes ..."

And while no parts were needed, it was reassuring to know that his truck was fully stocked if they were. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future for the many services they offer. It was also appreciated that they offer a military discount. I guess their name really says it all!"

"I was left with their truck parked in my driveway, no water service and then told it would be $660 to complete the service after the the first rep they sent was transported to the hospital after suffering a diabetic episode. Under no circumstances should any one trust this company. Pictures will show what I was left with after 6 hours. I had to call them twice to get help for their employee. How sad."
