"Jose st front desk very helpful when needed todo 3 party authorization. He made it very easy for my 82 yr old aunt to follow instructions with no.anxiety at all. Thank u very much. Only issue I have is with showtime channels n few other channels thst come in for while then no signal. It's lul annoying when can't watch TV channels anytime thst are included in price of rent. Everything else has been wonderful stay do far."

"I don’t do reviews but today is the day I spent almost 500 on a room and it looks like someone was killed in the room. It’s all w brown ppl who are scammers. I DONT know what intown suites this is but use your money at another location. I still slept in my car cause the room was scary. The crazy thing is the after hours man is so sketchy him and his weird family. He just stare when you ask him for help. The GM is really pocketing the money my receipt ma does not reflect what I paid. These ppl are definitely wicked beyond. They fact that this place is not investigated shows you it’s starts from the top. But general manager you will suffer because of greed and your nasty ora. All people it ain’t worth it. You can’t find them when you need assistance during working hours. That’s how you know these ppl getting paid to not be on the property"

"Iam a surgical student from Georgia who could not stay in a campus dorm due to the fact that I'm a mother me and my son found peace and comfort at intown suites for several months I'm due for graduation in four months and have been able to study and live in peace thank you intown suites for your hospitality and comfort for my family during my college experience and our florida stay"

"I am currently, and have been staying at this property. I know already, the management will respond with a generic answer regarding any complaint. I urge anyone to reach out to district and or corporate management in any issue due to on-site "manager" not solving guest problems. Now, this property does not offer laundry services, nor do they offer a "complete" service as they state online and in any information provided. This property also has incompetent staff and practices illegal operating procedures, including, not notifying residents of on-going construction, no use of services listed on website, that are to be included in rates, as well as not informing guests/residents in a timely manner of water and electrical shut-offs. I have currently been in contact with the district manager to fix this terrible property but offer advice to anyone pursuing a calm, fair nights stay at this property, to seek other options.
