"I need to take the time to make a complaint against a manager encounter. I am currently injured requiring me to be temporarily wheelchair bound and this was my first experience doing a pick up order for Walgreens. I had my pick up person go up to the store and was turned away stating that the order must be at a different Walgreens. The order number, QR code and name was given, but the lady checked a bag with the exact items I had ordered and said it did not match. My pick up person called to let me know. I checked all the details to my order and everything was correct. I called the store, spoke with an employee and my order was there. I asked to speak to a manager. Jacquelyn spoke with me. I explained what happened, she stated it was my fault for the wrong name. I informed her that the name on my confirmation was correct. She repeated 2 times it was still my fault. After stating I could show her a screen shot, she stated "oh, I guess it was my fault." No apology was given. I asked for the possibility of it being delivered to me due to my inability to drive. She said "no way would that happen, I already acknowledged it was my fault, what more do you want." I said an apology would have been nice and that she at first did not want to take responsibility. She then said she would credit points onto my account; I have never heard of this, so I asked what do you mean. She said name an amount and i will credit to your account. Still confused, I said that I am not sure what she means, was she offering me free dish soap? She laughed and said I will put points on your account. Ill put it on a receipt. My husband, after working all day (and then has to tend to me; this is why I had a pick up person), was able to pick up order. No receipt or anything. I am still not sure what she was talking about. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen from a "manager." I am already in a tough situation and for her to deny, laugh, and lie to get rid of me is appalling. Of course, I would have been glad to go to the store myself if i was not in a wheel chair. I just hope this is not an experience others are having. I cant imagine that I am the first."
"Store is Mostly gone due to store shrinkage now only a shadow of a former Walgreens that was a convenience. Half the merchandise is gone. The things left appear randomly scattered around the store. Walgreens will never be the same. Pharmacy doesn’t open till 10am on Sundays. Staff has been very nice and helpful but Looking at alternatives!"
"This pharmacy is an absolute joke. Terrible service and they intentionally ignore the doctors orders. Case and point: I had to pick a prescription for my son (an epipen). My son is 1 and requires the “junior” version, which is what the script was for They legit tried to give me a regular epipen saying “it’s fine, it’s essentially the same thing” DO NOT COME HERE! I live 3 mins away from this location and will never get anything from here again."
"I wanted to thank Tatiana and the rest of the photo department for making the special poster I made for my sister in memory of her son, my nephew. I live in Homosassa but placed the order online (with the help of the Homosassa store) and had it made for pickup in Jacksonville where my sister lives. No sooner than I hit the order button over 3 hours away, your store was already printing it out. I spoke with Tatiana on the phone and she assured me it was coming out clear as I was worried about that. My sister loved it. I appreciate the customer service your photo department gave me. Merry Christmas!"
"Staff here is always friendly; but their system for compounding prescriptions stinks. They won't allow me to fill more than 30 days because of the substance. Yet every other time I come to refill the prescription they can't seem to get the materials to compound the medication. That to me is very, very poor professional drug service. Get your act together or get out of the compounding business would be my suggestion!"
