Target

"Placed a pick up order at this location after a week of trying to get the item at other stores & waiting on my credit refunds. The cat fountain I ordered and picked up was put in the box completely soaked. All of the filters, the instructions, even the cord which was just placed INSIDE the wet fountain base. The parts weren’t in bags, yet they stuffed the bags in the box underneath the fountain. Honestly unbelievable. I’ve never been given a product of such poor quality from target before. Not to mention, while standing at the counter to pick up the order, employees were just standing and talking instead of helping me. Until another employee walked up to assist. Really recommend checking a product before issuing it because it was obviously returned or something of the sort . Otherwise it would come packaged and untouched"

"We had ordered something at a different Target and they fulfilled it with the wrong item. Came to Regency Target, half expecting to find our item unavailable here also. Jared provided great service at the desk to confirm you had it, to direct me to the appropriate location and to call an associate to meet me there. Amber showed up and listened to my story and simply said I'll bring one up. She did and all was good. Kudo's to Jared and Amber."

"I absolutely love all target locations but this one, by far, has the most helpful employees and the cleanliness of the restrooms get an A+±++ I always check public bathrooms where I go, because of the restrooms are clean and tidy, you know the establishment is clean and can expect the best. (I mostly do this with restaurants, i figure if the bathroom is filthy, the kitchen is as well then, 99.99% leave and go somewhere else lol)"

"this place is not shopper friendly at all. thank goodness for the Hallmark rep that just happened ro be instore. i could not find anything or get any help doing so. she saw me having problems and was very helpful. without her i would give 1 star. i have had to come here several times and everytime i am disappointed leaving without what i need or having to settle for something i dont really want."

"Went into to buy a few things which I did. This store is so nice bright, clean & well stocked. The prices are average, so you get a value for the money to spent. Their associates are welcoming & helpful. Plenty of parking."
