"Sams club took 2 different transactions out of my account of the same amount, asked for my money back on 1 of the transactions . This manager first told me she was too busy to deal with this . Then was super rude saying she wasn’t giving me no money back , telling me the transaction was canceled weeks ago , I asked her to show me just like I showed her both of my transactions but she told me no and she won’t give me my money back. Been a member for years but I won’t be back."
