"I’m disabled (Multiple Sclerosis)and I’ve been taking the same medication for about 20 years now; but starting last year (feb 2023), every time I go to fill my medication, they(the pharmacy)are unable to fill it and must order it. I’ve asked if I could call 1–2 days before I fill it, to verify if they have it, and if not, maybe they could order it then? The answer: NO. Maybe the pharmacist could call another store to see if they have it? Answer: NO. I’ve tried various other things but ultimately I’m at a loss as to what to do. I’ve been going to the same pharmacy, for almost 20 years now. I would have thought that would have bestowed me with some sort of understanding/help. I have no choice but to plan my life around if/when I get my pills each month. For instance, my doctor calls in my prescription on a Monday, and now I must wait until Wednesday (sometimes later) to get them. Since I can’t fill them early, I have to wait until the day I’m out of my meds to get them filled. That means Monday,Tuesday (sometimes, I do get lucky and get them the next afternoon, or evening),Wednesday on average is when I get them. I’m stuck in bed for those days, unable to function normally, missing out on important events, held hostage until I can get my meds. Month after month, this happens. To make matters worse, I have a heart condition. I have a 50% blockage in my arteries and before my doctor can put a stent in, my insurance demands I wait until I’m at 75%. I’m told to avoid stress, anything that can raise my blood pressure, and my diet has changed. I’m on three (sorry four) medications to help prevent strokes or heart attacks. So imagine how scary and life threatening it is when I run out of my medication, and suddenly my blood pressure goes from 134/78 to 170/101 because I stopped a medication suddenly. As I mentioned earlier, I don’t know what to do. I’m asking for a little compassion/help. I’m not abusing any drugs, I take them as directed by my doctor, never failed a drug test. I am doing what I’m supposed to do, but it’s not me that is causing a problem. It’s this situation. There must be something that can be done to help me. My family and I are losing hope, and I’d like to be around for my kids graduations. Thanks"
"Employees are always so friendly & respectful. The store is always clean. And the pharmacists & pharmacy associates are the same as well. Always so helpful. TY"
"Don't go here. They screw up your prescription everytime and blame you. They fill the wrong prescription when you tell them the correct prescription repeatedly and then make you get back in line when they still get it wrong. Hope they pay them minimum wage because that's what they deserve there. Every other CVS I've tried I've had no problems. And they're rude here too, especially when you correct them on a medication you've been prescribed for over 20 years. So much confidence for people who are so incompetent."
"Always very nice and helpful about medication they always seem busy but not too busy to not help me or anyone else. After going to so many CVS's to get prescriptions filled I will have to say this is one of my favorites any questions I have about my prescription is always answered."
"Terrible service !! And the drive thru even worse !! I had 1 person in front of me in the drive thru and was there more than 15 minutes !! They were supposed to transfer meds from another pharmacy to there's if I didn't call to find out what was going on I probably still waiting, they don't follow up with things for their patients at all am still waiting on the outcome of another med.that they did not get and was supposed to be calling for it still waiting over 3 weeks nothing !!!"
