"My prescription was called in over a week ago and I haven’t been able to get it because they claim they need the directions clarified and the doctors office has called over and over, and I have been calling them for 5-6 days straight and they don’t answer the phone or have a voicemail set up. I can’t believe they don’t allow people to call them about their medications. I’ve never heard of a pharmacy not answering a phone or not having a voicemail. People could be in danger not being able to get their prescription like that."

"I am 7 months pregnant in a high-risk pregnancy. I am also anemic. I used the Walmart app to sign up for the pickup service that they just implemented. Paid in advance for the prescription and then parked in the location that they have a sign for this service. The app showed one number to call to let them know you've arrived and the sign showed another. I called both numbers to no avail as the phone just kept ringing until someone picked up and hung up in my face. I called back several other times until finally someone answered and told me that several people had called in sick, there were only two people there, and they were unable to bring out my prescription out. I could come in or they would mail it to me. I needed my refill that day and I had taken the time to sign up for the prescription in advance to avoid any issues and risk of COVID Exposure. I went in and there were only two people in line and three people in Pharmacy. I will not be using Walmart or the service again. I am definitely transferring my prescriptions."
