"This Property has the most racist group of individuals. They always close the tills at 630 pm. Not supposed to close till 7. Every day they are gone early. They told us our kids could not be outside at night even if they were accompanied by an adult, which is false Imprisonment! If you value your money, DO NOT STAY HERE. The location by UCF is the property to stay if you want service from this company! That is hands down the best location and staff"

"Super convenient location, they provide shuttle service to Orlando resort which came in handy. Breakfast was served & they had fairly good choices. Would stay again. Offer daily housekeeping that’s rare to see nowadays"

"Horrible service Dirty rooms Bad electricity in the room Mold in bathroom The refrigerator broke I lost my food they didn’t replace my food The property manager yelled at me and my husband for asking for a key to get our room and because of the mold and refrigerator he told us he’ll give us a full refund he gave us half refund and also he hangs out with the guest who stays in the hotel when he’s on call at night. DONT EVER STAY THERE GO TO A SHELTER INSTEAD THET SELL DRUGS AND DI DRUGS OUTSIDE LITTLE GIRL WALK AROUND HALF NAKED LIKE TRAFFICKING IS GOING ON THERE AND THE ROOMS ARE SUPER SMALL AND THAT GIRL THATS ON HERE LYING SAYING DAVID THE Property manager is a great guy. I guarantee you she did something for him or he done some for her to get on here and lie like that because he a piece of S girl stop F lying."

"My Family came to Intown Suites in June 2023 because we had no where to live. We stayed from June to the end of November 2023. I can say the entire time we were there we never had an issue. For the time we were there we called this place home. The location is excellent. Near lots of food and entertainment that’s walking distance. The property manager DAVID was a GODSEND. He always looked out for us during are lowest points. He worked with us as much as he could to ensure we had a roof over our heads. There are times my family would’ve been in the streets if it had not been for David. Not to mention he does everything around there. David was always accessible to residents. He came in early and left late. He was the manager, maintenance and the peace keeper all at once. I can’t express how David’s compassion helped us find stability and my family will forever be thankful. I wish David all the best. For anyone that has negative things to say about this man, I would say I’ve personally seen David work with many people not just my family. If you have an issue with this man then your probably the problem. I’ve always seem him exhaust all his options to help someone that’s trying to help themselves ❤️"

"I stayed one night refrigerator did not work, I reported to front desk but they kept saying that it just won’t get cool enough, I had spinach that withered and peaches that went bad. Roaches are really bad there. Room#229 The room set up is nice for as the vanity in the restroom with extra cabinet space. My son love the Big screen T.V. But overall when I went to report the roaches and refrigerator not working he offered me a full refund to go elsewhere. I am grateful for that! But I do not recommend this intown suite."
