"The pharmacy employees are a JOKE. The lady hung up on my husband after he called about our 3yr idk prescription. So we went into CVS, the manager immediately defended her. Hire new people."

"the pharmacy employees here are a JOKE. after being on hold for over ten lovely minutes, a lady answered. I simply said “hi yes, I’m checking the status for a prescription “ — this lady had the nerve to say “hahaha everyone is checking the status we ain’t filling prescriptions today”. Listen, I get it, we all have to work. But you’re a joke. I literally called for my 4 year old who I haven’t received his INHALER PUMP for his ASTHMA in 2 DAYS because CVS employees aren’t doing THEIR job correctly. I hope CVS and corporate can manage their stores and employees the right way where there is proper training, phone etiquette & excellent customer service. if you’re child needed a medicine for his asthma and this happened to you, I’m sure you would feel the same way. Anyway, rant over. Never coming back again to this store."

"My only reason for visiting was to pickup a few photo magnets I had ordered through a mobile carrier's freebie. While I waited to get my order, I shopped around and picked up a few other items for my family. After cashing my items, I stood there and waited for my items to be bagged. The cashier looked at me and I looked at him. I gestured to my items and asked if he wasn't going to bag them. He replied that they did not have bags but he could get me a garbage bag for my items if I absolutely needed a bag. Seriously?? The store had no bags for items customers were buying? Come on, CVS Forest Hill Blvd/Haverhill Rd...DO BETTER!"

"if i leave without stars i do, the pharmacy service is horrible. basically they are out of stock of medicine every month for my daughter, they don t do anything to help. plus all the time is excuse for not having it. is horrible for sure not recommend at all. plus when you call and ask if if ready they only say oh yes we have, drive there to listen the same... we don t have it ready. So don t waste your time with this pharmacy."

"My regular pharmacy was out of my medication but said this CVS had it. After waiting 30 minutes to get my call answered, I spoke to Angela, who confirmed availability. She claimed she was unable to see my single care information and since she was busy, I should call the CVS pharmacy I visit regularly to wait another 30 minutes, get the information and provide it to her. I did, only to find that the she was now out of the medication. She actually yelled at me, and called me selfish for wanting to refill the medication my doctor prescribed. She was unprofessional, disorganized, aggressive and inappropriate. As a healthcare professional, I am concerned that she negatively impacts quality of care for patients."
