"bought a visa prepaid card for a gift and the card does not work and when you call the customer service number they hang up on you. Basically lit 100 dollars on fire. Thanks CVS!!!"

"Honestly after the last couple of times I used this pharmacy I'm having my entire family move our medications to either Walgreens or Publix. I don't have enough time to explain the last 2 visits but tonight was the last straw. I'll wait and see if someone contacts me but I highly doubt that will happen based on my experience. Maybe it's company wide! I have been going to that CVS for over 20 years happily but whatever has changed there needs to be fixed! Thanks and Happy Holiday! Chet"

"Honestly this pharmacy has the longest wait time I’ve ever seen. The techs are really nice , but they seem to only have two people working. Your guaranteed to wait a minimum of 20 min rather you go through drive through or walk-in. I’ve waited as long as 45 min for a prescription that was “ready” for pickup"

"The main store staff .. They are friendly and helpful. They actually attempt and make an effort to resolve problems. The pharmacy staff... Absolutely awful, the lack the ability to process prescriptions in a timely fashion. The lack professionalism on communication. They are just impossible to complete processing Doctor's orders without setting obstacles. I will be transferring my information to another pharmacy."
