"Free air is great and I wouldn't complain about it being broken, alone. But it's broken such that the back of the valve attachment is missing so it actually lets a lot of air out of your tire before you realize it's broken. Either fix it or put an out of order sign on it please. Now I have to drive on a flatter tire to get air."

"I stopped here today to get some gas, and I was using fuel rewards. The cashier had his drink on the counter in front of the scanner and it add it to my bill. He told me to abort the transaction so I did and he removed the drink. As we try for the second time I was not prompted to enter my reward #. I asked if my rewards were still there and he said they were so we continued. When I went to pay I realized he had not entered the correct amount for the fuel. Again I was instructed to abort the transaction. On the third attempt I asked about my rewards, again I was told they were still there. The transaction was completed and I went to pump my gas and low and behold I lost 30 cents per gallon in rewards. I went back in before pumping and informed the cashier and he said that was impossible. After that he made other excuses and also claimed I must not of had the rewards in the first place! Just to be clear, I knew I had them. I checked them before I ever got out of the car, as I do every time. So in the end I lost six dollars and was told to call the rewards number and fix/ figure it out myself. I highly recommend driving the extra distance to a different dailys, to avoid this one."

"My car broke down at the pump at 4pm Monday. Would not start, could not get it to shift out of park. The cashier in the store was very sweet and understanding about my situation. I called family to come help me. When no solution could be found; we called AAA. The wait was 3 hours. The cashier let me use the restroom, cool off inside briefly and joked with me. Her name is Diamond and it is the perfect name for her. Keep her as long as you can. She is a great representative for your business"
