"Sorry but this pharmacy has got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. First when calling they always seem to be annoyed that your calling. They cant get it together always blaming it in the doctor who writes the script. I can tell they do not like the Mayo clinic too much because they always complain about how they never write there prescriptions right well did you ever stop to think maybe it's not the Mayo clinic it's just you guys !!!!! I Never had a problem with any other pharmacy I have gone to as far as prescriptions being filled. Today was the last straw I will be transferring out."

"The older lady with long white hair has the worst customer service attitude ever! The cashier was super nice and apologized over and over! Tried to return a charger that did not work with the receipt attached! I did purchase at the Walgreens three blocks away! I ask them could I return it here! The lady said no first then she said yes for a store credit only !!! I have a receipt now in hand! I’m like ok! I go shop and bring back $24.00 worth of things I honestly don’t need because I don’t feel like fighting the traffic to go back down Atlantic Blv. The cashier ask her to come override the return she like ok give me a minute she finally comes after she helps two other people I’m waiting patiently. This lady comes to the register and says oh sorry we can’t help you, I was like what she like yes you have to take this return to the store you got it from!! Very disappointing!!! Very nasty lady! Do better Walgreens!!! Do better!!!"

"Went for a Shingles vaccine. The online appointment scheduling was a bit challenging to work through but I was able to get the appointment I wanted, come to find out it's not really necessary but can be effective. The pharmacy cashier did a very good job. Staff seemed professional and efficient. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the injection. The pharmacist was very courteous but it hurt my arm the moment he performed it, then it hurt for 3 days. I am quite used to getting injections as I've had all 3 covids and my pneumonia vaccines this year. I will go to another provider for my 2nd Shingles vaccine. Service was provided in a timely manner. I appreciate their assistance."

"Order Date 10:41 AM on Oct 19, 2021 Pickup location: Walgreens Store #4056, 13255 ATLANTIC BLVD, Jacksonville, FL 32225, ATLANTIC & JOANDY Missing items, that were NOT IN PICK UP BAG, THAT ASSOCIATE PUT IT IN MY CAR. it took a while for associate to bring my order. white male associate did terrible job, charged me but did not give me all the items. he did not tell me either about it. associates needs LOTS OF TRAINNING. After I returned home, I phone called Walgreens, talked to Marcus, he was NO HELP."
