"Its apparent that the monument is not kept up by anyone. A little difficult to find, if you're not familiar with the area and or location. Follow the gravel road to the right, from the entrance, and you will meet the monument head on. Overall, it's a beautiful concept for honoring those individuals."

"On one hand it's nice that a memorial was created for the victims of this tragic plane crash. It's a very nice design too. On the other hand it's sad that it is not maintained at all. The exit to this Memorial is also not signed. Maybe this prevents vandalism like graffiti but had I not seen it marked on Google Maps I would have never known it was there."

"Beautiful memorial to those that lost their lives when this ValuJet crashed in 1996... Worn & weathered, you'll pass right by it if you are not looking for it... There are no road markers or signs, it's behind a dam and off to the right on the Levee trail... Stop by and leave a token, a coin, for those gone too soon..."

"Very easy to miss. The turn to get in is on a curve off 41. Be careful for traffic getting in and out of. Have always wanted to visit, but either missed the turn or was late at night. Today, finally made it! ValueJet 592 Memorial is a somber reminder to those that lost their lives in the plane crash May 11th 1996 in the Florida Everglades. No one survived. Very sad!"
