"Don’t take anything to fix at this location. I dropped off my pool cleaner to get fixed. They said they would call to let me know when it was ready. No phone call for 2 weeks. I went back to the store and was told that they needed to order the part and they were waiting on it to arrive. So I bought another pool cleaner but told them I still wanted to fix the other one to have it has a back up. Once again they said that they would call me when my cleaner was ready. Since I knew the part was on back order I did not worry about it. After a month no call and I decided to go to the store. Now they don’t find the cleaner and I’m told that they would ask and call me back. 2 weeks and once AGAIN no call. This time when I go to the store they have no idea where it is and that “oh well it must have been thrown away or used for spare parts”. NOW According to them they did not know that I wanted it to be fixed. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Never going again."

"This place was a horrible. The guy who assisted was so unhelpful wanted to make a buck without providing the correct service. We brought our product to make sure we were provided the correct filter and even with the product gave us the incorrect one. Money loss. If this is how service is to provided I will never go out to this location again. Needed a water analysis and he did not talk to us just started to do the water without letting us know what he was doing. Wanted information without letting us know what it was for. I mean he was so not customer service oriented. Talk about disappointed, big company and horrible service. I didn't want to give any stars."

"Had the worst experience ever with this location today. Came to buy some cleaning supplies for my pool and was rushed to purchase certain items that totaled $83. The cashier let me know he was fairly new but his boss who helped me would be able to answer any other questions. I came back after consulting with a professional pool cleaner if the products I bought were correct and was told no. So I went back to return the items and buy the correct ones and have my pool water tested for free. The store manager started to give me attitude and yell at me because I told him what I needed. We went back and forth and he said he would not test my pool water because I was told by someone else what was needed. He also told me to go get my own products since I knew so much. All of this happened in front of a new hire and my child. I will gladly take my money somewhere else to be respected and listened to. Never again will I return here."

"Eric and his team are excellent and their customer service is top class. He is attentive and ready to help me every time I have issues with my pool. The pool service guy Victor is also very knowledgeable and keeps my pool crystal clear all year round giving me constant feedback on pool improvement. I am very happy with their service and recommend their store and service package all the time."
