"We are extremely happy ans satisfied with out V-Slide slatted pool cover from Azenco. I started shopping around for a pool cover that would heat/retain heat in the pool during the winter month in South Florida when the pool water temp can be a little nippy. I found Azenco online and contacted them for a quote and immediately received a personalized attention from beginning to end. The technical support and assistance from Leslie Recarte (the owner) has been outstanding. A few challenges along the way were solved seamlessly and stress free. The pool cover not only covers the pool from leaves and normal debris during the day, but it also heats up the pool during the winder times and helps retain the heat when the pool is heated up. On top of that it is a full pool safety cover with safety latches on either end of the pool that fully prevent anything/any one from going into the water accidentally (for child safety purposes). (It actually holds an adult walking over it!!!). With Azenco even the delivery service was great (they use their own delivery company) and the driver went above and beyond his obligations and helped me carry all the boxes to my backyard since I was alone during the delivery. Attached are some pics of my installation. I did the installation myself and Azenco provided support thought the whole process. The V slide option allows us to push back the cover away from the pool area so the whole pool can be used, and also so that it does not obstruct the deck area behind the pool It was certainly a pleasure working with Leslie and her team."

"We have been extremely happy with our rolling pool deck, and our experience with Azenco. The pool deck has "saved" our pool and backyard, and working with Azenco was a pleasant and smooth experience for us. We highly recommend Azenco (as well as getting a small size pool with a pool deck in your backyard) Background: When we bought our house few years ago, it had a small pool (9x16 feet), right in the middle of the backyard. First, we thought to remove the pool, but it proved to be extremely practical and useful: it has a swim jet, which means it is possible to swim / exercise there. And for kids it is big enough to play / learn swimming. At the same time, it is extremely fast (less than an hour) to heat up such a small pool (usually, we'd heat to 88 farenheit!). Meaning, we have been using this pool all the time, in the evenings and in winter (we live in California). Sometimes, we'd heat it up and use as a hot tub! So, while some of our friends with big pools used their pools only few times per year (too cold to swim / too long and expensive to heat up), we've been using it few times per week, all year around! However, the downside of our pool was that we had to fence it, and this "segmented" our backyard (made it much smaller, with some areas hard to access). We also didn't want to use traditional pool covers, as they look quite ugly, especially when dust accumulated. Again, as our pool is in the middle of backyard, we wanted something nice. So, when we decided to remodel our backyard, we started to look for a better solution to child proof our pool. By chance, we found pictures of "rolling pool decks", and realized that could be the best solution: they look nice and actually make the area taken by pool useful. Meaning, it is a strictly better option than getting rid of a pool. We started looking where to get such a pool deck. It appeared, that small pools are popular in Europe, but not in U.S. (this really should change). And all the manufacturers are in Europe. We've contacted 5 European companies, and spent months trying to get a pool deck here, to California. However, as all the companies are rather small, and didn't have representation in U.S., they ran into troubles trying to deliver such a deck (get clearance etc.) Azenco: When we already got desperate (after 8 months since we learned about pool decks!), by some lucky chance we found another company: Azenco. And Azenco did already establish representation in U.S. And since the moment we contacted Azenco, to actual shipment passed only few weeks. Which included communication, design, and iterations. And it took only few weeks more to get the pool deck delivered here, to California. The price of the deck was also smaller than we expected. Azenco prepared a translated to English manual how to assemble the deck. With that manual, our contractor, who never had to communicate with Azenco directly, was able to assemble the deck rather quickly, and without issues. We also used custom material (IPE) to match our main deck. Again, all the installation was smoother than we could hope. Azenco kept in touch with us, making sure everything works, and helped to clarify few small questions. We are finishing our backyard remodeling, and couldn't be happier with the pool deck: * it looks nice, matches our main deck, and easy to operate * it is possible to walk on it and put furniture when it is closed, and used as extra seats when it is opened * it is easy to lock, and child proof from kids. Again, and again: get a small pool, get a pool deck, and get it from Azenco!"
