Every time I called it was easy to get a hold of someone. Lester helped me pick out the perfect hot tub and it was delivered promptly. The guys who delivered it were nice too. Lester followed the next day to make sure everything went well with the delivery. I had to get electic installed for the hot tub which took a few weeks. But once I had it ready, Lester took time out of his day to come to my place (which I live an hour away) and delivererd the chemicals and showed my how to take do everything. He's super nice, professional and the whole purchase went great. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the treatment I was given!"
