"Rented a Uhaul from this place at 8am and was told by an employee that “the owner is always late and is the only one that can open the building”"

"I understand it might be convenient to some...but this store has some work to do... If you order from WISH to pick up here...DONT WASTE your time. Their wish inventory is COMPLETELY disorganized. I went in for ONE item I was to pick up and I stood there for almost 30 minutes while the young lady 1. Tried to get the cell phone to work to scan my order. 2. Searched AIMLESSLY through mounds of packages, looking in floor cabinets, and all around for this package. Now she is the only one there and now there is a line a folks that need to been served... So now I have to stand here and wait another who knows how long because this place doesnt ORGANIZE their business...AND ITS CHRISTMAS EVE.... Completely irritated at this"

"I love this store, I'm in a wheelchair and this store is very convenient from my house. The staff are very friendly and talkative but are still fast in ringing up your order. The items I buy there (mostly milk, bread, and cigarettes) are always fresh and never near their expiration date. Unlike the 7-11 on the next street over. I am going to miss them when I move!"
