"My husband has ordered flowers from Happy Flowers for 8 years. Ever time they are beautiful... UNTIL THIS YEAR. When they arrived from a distance they were beautiful, but as soon as I got within 10 ft, there was an overwhelming smell spray paint. Upon inspection they were clearly spray painted. The painted flowers were wilted and old. The next day they sent a replacement arrangement that looked like it was thrown together with dumpster flowers. Broken flowers, and cheap. I was in tears. And their solution to the problem was to refund us and THEY TOOK MY VALENTINES FLOWERS Back! This was absolutely heartbreaking to me as my husband makes an effort to send me a beautiful flower arrangement and this just absolutely ruined it for me."

It's sad that people are trusting you to deliver fresh beautiful flowers but your arraignment are made with old flowers."

"I used this company to deliver my wife flowers at her work for Thursday, but they were instead delivered on a Wednesday. A day that she didn't even work on. As you can see from the pictures the flowers speak for themselves. Broken, wilted and bunched together in fat clumps. Instead of being surprised by the flowers, she was embarrassed as her coworkers pointed out how terrible the flowers and arrangement in general were. When I originally called them for a refund, they simply stated they would send new ones out in the morning. Why would we want more of this to show up? I had to end up contacting FTD to get an actual refund. Will never use again."
