"Never had an issue here. I use the pharmacy as well. I think the time of day you go will determine your experience. they do seem a bit understaffed in general."
"Definitely not open 24 hours a day. Should reflect that in their info online AND on their phone system. Sucks to drive all the way here to find they’re closed."
"“0” stars! All staff must be sicking for unemployment! My prescription was sent by doctor directly to this pharmacy, in one week my prescription status is: “Not ready, we are still working on it” I wish anyone from them or their families had the chance to have this experience! Awful customer service!"
"I thought CVS's pharmacy was disorganized and short staffed, but this Walgreens location is way worse than all the hassle CVS put me through over the past couple years. We recently had a change of insurance and had to switch pharmacies since my son gets monthly medicine. We chose this store since it was close to our house and oh how I wish I had other options. Because of the types of prescriptions my son gets, I usually have to call the pharmacy monthly to request his refills because there's always errors with requesting an automatic refill in the app or online. But speaking with anyone in this pharmacy on the phone is nearly impossible. They don't answer. They let you sit on hold for 15-20 minutes, and then you'll get switched over to a line that just rings non-stop and is never picked up. There have been maybe two occasions in the last six months that I actually got through to someone on the phone within ten minutes. But currently I am dealing with an issue with our insurance and getting notifications from the app that my son's meds can't be refilled because action is needed, and I have not been able to get a single person on the phone to talk about it all week. I've tried calling two or three times every day and every day it's the same. Sit on hold for 15 minutes, then get transfered to a ringing line that is never answered. Should I have to get up and drive to the stupid store just to SPEAK to someone, especially when they won't even have the meds just then and I'd need to leave and come back anyway? Why? Just answer the damned phone! Hire more people so that the pharmacy is not constantly swamped and backlogged and then maybe some of them might actually be able to provide customer service to their customers. Abysmal service. I would give this place zero stars if I could."
"Some of the pharmacy staff in this location are extremely rude. Even after waiting on hold for about an hour when they do answer the waiting call, they are snappy, cutting in while I’m speaking with an attitude as if they are doing me a favor by doing their job which they are paid for. I don’t mind the long wait time and I do understand that it probably is a tiring job but I DO mind the disrespectful tone and lack of customer service. Do better Walgreens with your hiring."
