"What a horrible store! There is clothes all over the floor and thrown on top of the racks. There is shoe rack shelves that are broken with shoes falling all over the place. The fitting rooms had soo many clothes on the floor and on the racks I could barely try on clothes. There was a whole aisle I couldn't even walk down because all the products were thrown all over the floor with no employee in sight. What is management actually doing? I'll tell ya....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! With this store being located in a shopping plaza near a TJmaxx and Ross I will choose them over the nightmare Burlington any day. I have a migraine after coming to this store. What a messy nightmare!"

"There is a camera directly over the dressing rooms. My teenage daughter noticed this when she started changing until she happened to look up and saw a camera looking back at her. When I told the store manager, they stated they are aware but that purses get stolen so the camera needs placed there. They stated that it's not pointed down to look inside the dressing room and when I suggested it's inappropriate, especially when minors are undressing and there is no warning or sign, they simply stated its not a problem and hung up. I would suggest not using the dressing rooms there and especially do not let your teenage children change in there. I have included pictures and will try and attach a video as well. These cameras can be changed to look in different directions at any time. I was suprised at how dismissive the Manager was about this and I will continue to take this as far as it needs to go to get these removed."

"This is my second time in this store( first time I didn’t make a purchase ) and it will probably be my last. I’m doing this as I am standing in line to check out with 5 registers open and the line does not to move at all. Stood in line for 45 minutes already and still a long wait to go it appears. I am not sure how this store is managed, it does need to improve. There is no sense of urgency from the 5 ringing cashiers and folks in front of me just left there items and left as they are too frustrated. Hopefully upper leadership will see this and address the issue ."
