"Nice store. Did not have basic necessities like half and half. Excessively over priced. Will bring more from home next time."

"We had a last minute need for subs so we went to Publix because they are the best subs and are usually super courteous. Today the courteous was completely lost on the lady who helped me. We needed 6 subs, all similar and no special orders for each. I apologized for the six subs we needed last minute and made them as easy as possible to fulfill. There was nobody in line behind me when we began and only 3 people after me. There were two other ladies making subs. Renee scowled the entire time and muttered under her breath before chastising me for needing six sub sandwiches at once and told me to call it in 24 hours ahead next time. I love Publix so I'll be back. But today's service would of had me firing or retraining Renee with customer service. If I didn't need the subs for hungry coworkers, I would have walked away. Do better Renee. And yes, I said please, thank you, I appreciate you, sorry it was last minute and have a nice day. Renee scowled."

"I have a love/ hate for this particular location. Parking is rough. Homeless all over. One Religious fanatic is allowed to scream all day ,3 times a week on the sidewalk. Layout inside is awkward.Very tight space. Very high prices as all the Publix are. Grab the BOGO whenever possible. Cashier's are hit or miss.Some of their own brands are great. I only go here as a last resort. Other locations are much better."

"Too small so they don't have room to carry everything and they choose to only stock the more expensive items. For example, they only have Arm & Hammer kitty litter in the pricier clump & slide type, none of their regular double duty, or multi-cat. It's what you'd expect from a downtown bougie location, shop further from downtown for better selection."

"Store is clean but dang, how about getting some friendlier employees? I have only met two people there in the past 2 years that were personable. If you hate your job so bad, then quit"
