"I got my dog groomed here for the first time, and I would highly recommend that everyone else do the same. Upon my arrival, my dog was pretty scared (she has some separation anxiety). However, she was enthusiastically welcomed. The groomer came out front to meet her and offered to bring her to play before the grooming started (which my dog was more than happy to agree to). When I arrived back to the store, her fear/anxiety was totally non-existent. She was sitting up front with the owner and didn't even notice when I walked in--she was having such a great time. It was really comforting to me, as a dog owner, to know that my dog was not cooped up in a crate during the times she was not being groomed. The staff genuinely cares about the dogs and I feel very comfortable and confident that my dog is in good hands when I leave her there. I will definitely be returning. Her hair cut was adorable and I loved the addition of the bandana!"
