"I love this place and all but sometimes I see roaches"

"I am very pleased with the remodel but not the customer service. I have not seen any of the staff from before. They had 2 registers open but the 1st one was not calling customers over even though the light was on. Then rude customers came from the exit and walked up to her and she waited on them and then went promptly back to ignoring the line and doing whatever she was doing. Even when we voiced our concerns she ignored us and the other cashier said nothing to her. Graham was very polite though. The day we were there was 11-30-23 at 19:28."

"I shop at this store daily and I have always been treated respectfully. I've seen customers act like children, while the employees stand by and take verbal abuse silently. A few times looked closer to blow, from disrespectful customers who have no class at all within their selves. Hats off to the employees at this store for the professional services they present to us respectful customers. If more stars were available,it would be 10...."

"The customer service is quite good here, they're friendly! Not a bad selection for a southside family dollar :-) I'll keep shopping here. i do wish they had more or better dog toys and treats (better ingredients in the treats)."

"I give them 2 stars because both of the employees I dealt with were great way above average. The store itself is in need of serious help. There were ceiling tiles left out or in this case a roof leak in various spots in the store had either missing ceiling tiles or were water damaged. Floor tiles missing in floor. Generally overall dirty. This store should be closed for a remodel, and soon!"
