Publix Pharmacy at The Crossing

"So I lost my prescription for blood pressure medicine, but they can’t run it through my insurance as a lost prescription? It’s blood pressure medication not a narcotic or a class II medication. I can’t get a couple day supply until my insurance will pay? My only options are go without or pay full price. I understand different states and different policies but as a pharmacy technician in another state I have had the pharmacist override a denial due to a lost prescription.just disappointed in the lack of willingness to help at all."

"consistent is the best way to describe this pharmacy and staff. very consistent: good service, fast, rarely wait more than a couple of minutes even if its crowded, and the pharmacists and staff always have a smile on, make you feel valued and take time to answer any questions. "Hmm, the pharmacy is not friendly? Not at all my experience. There is signage displayed directing you where to queue up for service and like everywhere you’ll find folks that are oblivious to them. I’ve been a customer of this store and pharmacy since they opened and I have benefitted by their service and their pricing. The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. I’ve not found a pharmacy that can compete with their pricing, auto refills and text message alerts when my prescriptions are ready for pickup."

"I love the grocery store, but hate their pharmacy. I tried to use them for the first time this weekend and I will never go back. I was waiting to pick up my prescription and the lady told me it would be a second. Some older lady came up to the counter next to me and they proceeded to help her and just ignored me. I tried to tell them I was there first. When done with her, he walked away. The lady behind the counter finally looked at me and asked if I needed help. It took all I could to not cause a scene. Never even got an apology."

"I'm so Glad Publix came to Niceville it's the 1st time I've experienced a Publix and I Love it. The people greet you, ask to help, assist with your groceries the folks in the pharmacy and very knowledgeable and willing to help and answer any questions you have. I Love it."
