"I’ve always had good experiences at Walgreens—both the regular store area and the pharmacy. I haven’t needed service at the photo area for quite a while, but the few times I did the employees were very helpful. I’m always greeted in a friendly way when I enter the store, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy notifies me by text or email when I have a prescription that’s ready. My co-pays are very reasonable, and the pharmacy people help me get my scripts renewed if needed. I’ve been shopping at Walgreens since the the old “lunch counter” days and don’t plan on switching."

"Just horrible customer service. Don't ever call. You might as well beat your head against the wall bottom line. It would be so much easier and have the same outcome, honestly. Just go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache. If you go inside the store and can avoid the pharmacy all together, then by all means go for it. Deals are good and prices fair on regular merchandise."
