"This is the worst 5 below I went to, I got my ears pierced here and the man did such a bad job, he pierced my ears down instead of across, meaning the pericing ends at the tip of my ears and that’s very very painful. My ears are hurting non stop so bad and it almost got infected and I had to take my earring out and there was so much puss coming out . DON’T COME HERE GO TO CLAIR’S!!!"
"Does this location not check their returned merchandise? I purchased a waist trainer that seemed unopened and had a FOOT PRINT on the inside. I decided to return it and purchase this kettlebell. Again, seemed unopened and what do you know, it’s dirty. Either they’re selling used merchandise or 5below is just cutting corners and selling damaged/dirty merchandise straight from the factory."
